Copyright and DMCA Policy

How to report copyright infringement on Doric Stack properties, including takedown notices, counter notices, and the repeat-infringer policy.

Doric Stack LLC (“Doric Stack”) respects intellectual property rights and expects users of doricstack.com to do the same. This policy explains how to report material that infringes your copyright and how someone can respond to a notice.

If you believe content on a Doric Stack property infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] with the subject line “Copyright Notice.” Under Section 512(c)(3) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, your notice should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and enough detail to locate it (a URL is best).
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Designated agent

Doric Stack LLC has registered a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office under Section 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA Designated Agent Directory, designation DMCA-1074616). Counter notice

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice to [email protected] that includes:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, mailing address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your judicial district, or, if your address is outside the United States, the federal and state courts located in Broward County, Florida, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, Doric Stack will limit or end access for users who are repeat infringers.

Removal

Doric Stack will review valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing material in a timely manner. Filing a notice or counter notice that misrepresents material facts may carry liability for damages under Section 512(f).
